Grievance - Redressal Cell

The Governance of the college sensitive towards its stake holders and puts in sufficient efforts to ensure their satisfaction. There is a Grievance Redressal Cell to overview the implementation of suggestions of their stake holders in decision making, to redress their problems and co-ordinates all the activities in consultation with higher authorities. The cell provides the opportunity to students for expressing their problems and communicate the same to the concerned authorities. It work under the patronage of the Principal and is executed through teacher members. Suggestion boxes are placed at prominent place of every wing of the college to facilitate students, teachers and employees to drop in their suggestions / grievances for necessary action. The stakeholders feel free to put up their grievances in the format provided and drop it in the suggestion boxes. The students are free to personally approach to the higher authorities for the redressal of their problems. It is a very sensitive and dependable mechanism to reach to the stakeholders and to address their concerns effectively. It upholds the dignity of the colleges by ensuring strife free atmosphere in the college by promoting cordial student teacher relationship. Objective of the Cell: The objective of the Grievance Redressal Cell are designed in the core framework of UGC Guideline and are as follows: • To develop in responsive and accountable attitude among all the stakeholders in order to maintain a harmonious educational atmosphere in the institute. • Encouraging the students to express their grievances / problems freely and frankly, without any fear of being victimized. • Give the student sense of participation in problem solving. • Reconstruct policies in the light of grievances.
